When the cleaning takes place?

Cleaning-PRO provides cleaning at the previously agreed time which is most convenient for the client. Everyday cleaning  can take place in the morning hours before the start of the work, either in the evening when your personnel leaves their working places. Sometimes client demands and needs individual hours for cleaning, in those cases all the clients’ wishes will be taken into consideration.

Clear-out  as well as special services can take place also at the weekends.

 

Do you use chemicals for cleaning?

Yes, we strive to make your premises, furniture, floor coverings, windows and facades not only ideally clean but long-lived. Thus, we use professional detergents for cleaning and for maintenance manufactured by the leading companies -- SWISH, HAGLEITNER, SOLARU, BUZIL, KIEHL.

 

Which equipment the Company applies?

Cleaning-PRO applies only professional sweepers, which are tried out for high quality and safety. The equipment is selected for each project individually depending on the type of floor covering and spaces for cleaning.

Mostly we use equipment manufactured by the leaders of cleaning equipment – Nilfisk, Numatik, Karcher, IPC Group

 

What are the timelines and conditions for these services?

What training technical staff of the Company completes?

The main asset of the Company is a professionalism of our staff. For this matter we run Training Center for all the technical employees to complete training course and undergo special preparation.

 

Does the Company have insurance?

Yes, the Company has insurance against risks for the amount of 1 000 000 UAH in case of the client’s property damage.

 

Can the cleaning take place at the weekends and holidays?

We appreciate individual needs for cleaning of each client and always try to take into account all the wishes including day for cleaning. In the meantime we respect religious and state holidays and constitutional law of our employees to have a rest. Therefore we organized a special team working only at the weekends and holidays.

 

What are the procedures of payment for services?

Before to make an invoice, our manager evaluates premises and adjoining territory followed by drafting of technological map which includes special wishes of the client. Individual payment is calculated basing on this map.

 

Does the invoice include expendable materials?

When drafting technological map, our manager will definitely ask if you wish our Company to provide your enterprise with expendable materials (air fresheners for bathrooms, soap, toilet paper etc). Inclusion of these expenses into invoice will depend on your decision only.

If you could not take a decision on supply of expendable materials by us right away, we can make out an additional invoice.

 

Does your technical staff wear work clothes?

Yes it is. All the Cleaning-PRO employees are provided with specially developed corporate clothes.
